Millins cakes, bakes, meals and preserves are made to the highest standards, under strict hygiene regulations, with a food hygiene score of 5. Many of the preserves are made with homegrown produce from St. Albans & Hertfordshire, Millins only uses British free range eggs. The sugar used for the preserves and most cakes is British. Special diets are catered for such as gluten or dairy intolerance, with two lines made regularly that do not have gluten containing ingredients or milk containing (dairy) ingredients, but other products such as cakes or tarts can be made to order.
